Albion Lawrenceville is a project in development in the Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Lawrenceville, recently noted as a “go to” destination by the New York Times, is located along the Allegheny River, just 3 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, between the trendy Bloomfield and Strip District neighborhoods. The project will be on Butler Street, a local hotspot presenting many bars, restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. The development features 267 apartment units and a unique common area consisting of a complete renovation of a historic 1800s firehouse. Construction started in 2024 with a delivery in 4th Quarter 2025.
