Albion Residential, a Chicago-based developer seeking to redefine the luxury rental apartment space in Nashville, today announced that its first Nashville project, Albion in the Gulch, a stunningly crafted $140 million tower with 415 premium rentable units located at 645 Division Street, has begun leasing and is expecting its first move-ins to begin in March.
