Albion Music Row is a two-phase development that will feature upwards of 800 luxury apartments. The site is located between Broadway and Demonbreun St., just west of downtown Nashville in the historic Music Row neighborhood. Albion plans to commence the first phase, a 29-story high-rise with 458 apartments that will begin in the first half of 2024. The development will include an urban park designed for public performances as well as a recording studio, serving as an homage to the City’s strong musical roots.
