Albion Highland Park Phase II

HIGHLAND PARK, IL

The second phase of Albion Highland Park is an opportunity for Albion to offer an additional 89 residential units in the charming Highland Park area. Now that phase II is complete the two projects operate as one community. To add to the upscale experience, phase I and phase II residents will have access to the amenity spaces in both buildings. Albion began the entitlement process in 2020 and broke ground on the second phase shortly after, which was completed in Q2 of 2023.
