Beachwood Apartments by Albion is a 246-unit apartment complex in Beachwood, one of Cleveland’s most upscale suburbs. After Albion’s acquisition in Q2 of 2018, the property completed an extensive renovation program inclusive of both unit interiors with $46,000 per unit renovations and amenity spaces. The apartment interior’s renovation scope included the addition of washers and dryers, modernized cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, and modeling a more open concept layout. A state-of-the-art fitness center, a sophisticated resident lounge, an outdoor grilling area, and fire pits were among the amenities added to the property. Beachwood was sold in August 2023 after a successful 5-year hold.
